"As Americans traveling through Germany, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The night staff member was exceptional—he spoke excellent English, answered all of our questions, and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by how much room we had, and everything was well maintained. The location was another big plus. The hotel is centrally located with grocery stores and several restaurants within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to grab food or anything else we needed. The only minor drawback was the lack of air conditioning. We understand that A/C isn’t common in Germany, so that wasn’t an issue. However, having a fan in the room would have made sleeping during the warmer weather much more comfortable. Another hotel we stayed at in Cologne provided a fan, and it made a noticeable difference. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. The friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and convenient location made this an excellent place to stay."

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is exceptional and amazing with lots of variety food options and ample seating. We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel and highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay away from the busy city life."

"This no frills hotel is about a 30 minute drive from the Munich Messe, depending on the traffic, or the S-Bahn is nearby. Kitchenette is useful, good food markets nearby. Excellent pizza across the street. I got a great price when I reserved nearly 10 months ahead, then paid 5X when I added one room later. Laundry, self-serve is available if you need it."

"Bardzo klimatyczny hotel. Posiada wszystkie udogodnienia, które są ważne w podróży. Bezproblemowy parking, dla chętnych również podziemny, bardzo dobre śniadania, restauracja i ogródek piwny, przyjazny personel. Możliwość przechowywania rowerów na parkingu podziemnym. "I had a mixed experience during my stay. Upon arrival around 12:00 PM, I was informed at reception that my room was not ready and was asked to return at 3:00 PM. When I came back at approximately 3:00 PM, I was again told that the room was still not ready. The staff member who had assisted me earlier left without providing any update or solution. Only later did another staff member assist me, mentioning that he did not understand why I had not already received a key. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room was not working, which affected the comfort of the stay. The room itself appears to be recently renovated, and the size is quite good and comfortable. However, there were renovation works taking place during the day, which caused noticeable noise. This was not communicated in advance. On the positive side, the hotel offers a good breakfast, the room and facilities were clean, and the surrounding area is pleasant and quiet. Overall: Good facilities, spacious rooms, and nice location, but the check-in experience, lack of communication, and maintenance issues need improvement."
