“The staff are nice but they need to deep clean the room once in a while not just a regualr clean, There's a terrible smell in our room. Its smells like mold or something, and the washroom? I do not even wanna talk about it. It smells so bad. We had to leave early because we could'nt stand the smell anymore.”

“All the stays there have been excellent and I will continue to use this place as my go to accommodations when visiting the Soo.
Also the house keeper Valyn is always in great spirit and very nice to talk with when I see her. She is very nice and helpful. I always appreciate seeing her and talking with her because she is an excellent person there.

“The staff were not friendly. The room was dirty. The pull out bed mattress was stained and looked like it had never been replaced. The pool walls were slimy. The only positive was the continental breakfast”
