  • The perfect getaway for a couple, this garden level apartment offers a cozy respite after a full day of exploring historic Savannah. Ideally located just steps away from Forsyth Park, you’ll be a short walk away from boutique shops, historic attractions, and the infamous Southern cooking of Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room.

    The original brick floors have been finished to add an attractive shine that complements the modern decor. The spacious bedroom is located off the entry hall with ample storage space and Queen size bed. Enjoy a full size bath with standing shower at the end of the hall. The living area is perfect for quiet evenings in, with a sofa that pulls out into a Queen sleeper for two additional guests. The adjacent kitchen comes equipped with all of the culinary tools and appliances you're used to having at home. The true gem of this home is the expansive, shared courtyard - perfect for a quiet start or end to your day.

    We know once you experience Savannah’s charm, history, and southern hospitality you’ll fall in love with the Hostess City of the South.

    Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Great location to all Savannah has to offer. The only draw back Parking is on the street and metered parking through the week, free on weekends. 1.50 an hour 8am to 5pm. But the location is safe and a 1 way street. We would go back for sure.

Overall clean bed very comfortable and location was great. The shower wand holder needs replacing & kitchen picture window that overlooks garden courtyard needs cleaning. There was a slight mildew odor but being lower level it maybe common in area.
