3 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs apartment in downtown Savannah. Historic home near Forsyth Park. Victorian District, walking distance to the main downtown grocery store (Kroger with Starbucks) as well as Mate Factor coffee shop.

Park on the non-metered public street or off-street behind the house in private parking area.

Girls Weekend
We had a wonderful stay in Savannah. Unit B was clean, spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Although we did not do any cooking, the kitchen is well appointed. The host is very responsive. Only one recommendation, the unit has three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, it appears to accommodate up to 8 people. There should be more seating in the living room. We had one couch that seats 3 people.

Great Find
If you have a larger group, then this property is incomparable to traditional hotel options. Being able to stay together in a beautiful space with all the conveniences of home literally steps away from Forsyth Park and all that Savannah is famous. With ample parking and simple as can be check-in/check-out process there is nothing to not like about your stay here.

Clean and beautiful, but will test your leg strength
We loved our visit and the house was beautiful with everything we needed. Convenient location in downtown and enough information about things in the area we needed. As someone else noted, there are a lot of stairs so “moving in” and “moving out” was a bit of a struggle if you have older members or small children. That was our only downfall, but our legs got a good workout 😉

Girls trip
There were 6 women on this trip and we felt safe and secure in this neighborhood. The rental was clean and exactly as listed in Vrbo. The only thing I recommend is checking the floor for nails sticking up. I stepped on 2 that need to be nailed down. Other than that the place was perfect.

Great location! But a few simple things need attention. Biggest thing, privacy. The windows have shear curtains. Blinds would have been appreciated. Blinds would also help in reducing the heat in the home. In Georgia temperatures, blocking the sun throughout the day would make it much more comfortable for your guests and your AC wouldn't have to work as hard. The sheets could use replacing due to stains or what may be bleach spots. My review is not written with ill intent but to give feedback in order to make it a better experience.

Cute house close to downtown
This was a cute apartment on one side of an older home. We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of room for sleeping. Just small living room space. The place needs a few things fixed/updated. But overall a good stay.
