“We honestly couldn’t fault our stay at Kruso Hotel and would happily stay here again. Our room was clean, comfortable and well looked after, with daily housekeeping, dressing gowns and slippers. We especially loved having our own terrace with the most stunning sea view it was lovely to sit out and enjoy the sunset. The infinity rooftop pool was a real highlight, with incredible views. The pool was definitely on the cold side, but having the loungers and towels provided was a great……

“Aircondition did not work in the room. Terrible heat and got almost no sleep. Staff was not very friendly. Asked to buy a bottle of water when we returned to the hotel at midnight or where we could get one. «Just drink tap water» was the response. Breakfast was not very fresh with sweaty cheese and out of several items. Room and facilities was clean and spacious but there are some clear signs of wear. Nice little pool on the roof.”

“We made a last minute change to a planned itinerary for a driving tour of Montenegro from Split. We were going to Budva first but many locals said Budva was not for us and suggested Tivat. Porto Palace was available and I arranged a 3 night stay. As it last minute we took what was available and had a low floor with no view. The rooms are apartments with full kitchens. A combo washer and dryer with detergent was a pleasant useful surprise in a 3 week Europe trip. The rooms are very nice and……

“This unit is spacious, modern and well located within walking distance of the Old Town, a mall and the promenade. Although it is located right off a very busy road (Kotor’s main thoroughfare), the bedroom windows have external shutters that greatly reduce the noise at night. We had no trouble sleeping. The hostess was very quick to respond and offered good suggestions for a day away nearby. There’s a flight of stairs to reach the unit, which is reached through a narrow outdoor hallway facing a……

“We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay. The room and property was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The beach area and pools were pristine with great service. All of the staff are incredibly well trained. We experienced a couple hiccups while there but the management (especially Marco) responded immediately and more than made up for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.”
