"The desk staff was amazing! She put us in a quiet spot on the 3rd floor!! We were beyond exhausted when we arrived so we appreciated her finding us the perfect spot. However, the bathroom had probably not been cleaned before and the sink drain was plugged up. Took 10 min or so to drain. Breakfast was ok. "

"I noticed that there were some remnants of what I hope was tobacco spit on the floor in the bathroom on the wall across from the toilet. That was gross. I’m hoping that by next year the rooms are remodeled or updated. I heard some workers upstairs working on a room then and the service staff mentioned that as well. It didn’t bother me just was hope I’m hopeful for updating. "
