“Hotel itself was good. Customer service was lacking. Called a week ahead and day of asking if we could check in an hour early. Got there and were told we couldn’t, then saw several groups of people check in while we were waiting, we tried again and then they let us check in. Also told them our room was out of hand soap and body wash and never got it taken care of our entire stay.”

“The room was clean, but it was very stuffy. The AC was not super effective. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were terrible. We went to eat somewhere else.”

“The Town and Country motel was better than I expected for the price. The room was outdated, but clean (and who really needs modern?) The room came with TV, fridge, and microwave. Right next to Casey's, McDonald's down the bloc, and Cinco De Mayo across the street. Easy check-in and check-out. Will stay again for our fishing trip next year.”

“不错的酒店 工作人员都很友好，前台经常看到的是一个墨西哥女孩和一个应该也是墨西哥裔男生。 室内有游泳池，不大，还有个可以喷水的按摩池。 房间干净舒适，西式早餐，比较丰富，有提供水果。 酒店有个挺大的停车场。 位置就在离高速不远处，边上是个比较大的chase自助银行，对面就是加油站，还有超市，大概1公里左右有个小湖，早晚去湖边走走，看看日出日落，感觉也不错。 去bloominton和normal的downtown也不太远，如果开车的话。”

“Front desk staff seemed like he was not happy to be there. He did not tell us about the continental breakfast, check out time, asked if I was a Hilton honors member, etc. Seemed annoyed to have to look up my member number by phone number. Alright neighborhood and room was decent - definitely need some work in the room and cosmetic upgrades.”

“This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price.”

“The bugs were horrible outside on the patio. Breakfast was from 7-9. Would have liked it to be from 7-10. Out jacuzzi tub didn't work. Hotel”

“Overall, great hotel: clean rooms and common areas, comfy beds, good water pressure and temperature, effective darkening blinds, plenty of room space, and adequate breakfast offerings. The location is near ISU campus and nice shops and restaurants at easy walking distance. Parking is inconvenient being in a ramp across the street. Not too far away, but be aware of this in poor weather. Positives out weigh any negatives, I would stay here again.”

“Absolutely atrocious! No one was at the the front desk when we arrived at 3:30 pm to check in. Waited 25 minutes until someone came from the back to check us in. The pool was closed due to maintenance. There was puke on the stairs. The floors in the front entrance were sticky. Every single door to every room in the building has dents and looked they they had been broken into. The bathroom door was discussing. The tub filled up with water while taking a shower because the thing in the bottom of……
