“I didn’t expect to spend as much time in the apartment while touring NYC, but plans changed and it ended up being the perfect haven. As other reviews mentioned, the apartment truly has everything you need. It’s surprisingly spacious for an attic unit, and the kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave.I especially liked that the living room and bedroom each had their own thermostat. “Such a wonderful place to stay. The owner was so great and easy to communicate with and answered all my questions very timely. The unit is perfect, has an attached garage, big tv and fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend and will be back again for sure! 10 stars!”

“This was a lovely guest suite in a beautiful home. It is extremely spacious. It has two dining room rooms a large bedroom, and a living room area. However, it does not actually have a kitchen. This was not a problem for us because we weren’t planning to cook, but it should be noted. For us, the location was perfect because we were visiting Princeton and it literally is just a few minutes from town. We were met by a young man who was probably the son of the host on the night we arrived -because……

“The host was very accommodating and always available to help answer any questions. The house was very welcoming and spotlessly clean upon arrival. My family and I felt right at home as many amenities were provided, even some ear plugs that we forgot to bring for our concert venue that was conveniently nearby at the Prudential Center. Many other places were also conveniently nearby for shopping and entertainment as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area, or even NYC……

“Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey.”

“It was a very clean building and a beautiful, comfortable, nice sized apartment. We were supplied with a Kuerig brewer and pods. Laundry and dishwashing detergent was supplied. A 10 minute walk to Whole Foods and a few good restaurants nearby. The Broad Street Station was an 8 minute walk with frequent service to NY Penn Station. We.will definitely stay here in the future.”

“This is a great place for my needs -- very private, quiet, convenient. It is in an excellent, central location, with easy parking. It is very well equipped -- with all the essentials plus Keurig cups and tea bags and more! The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. This was my second stay and I look forward to more!”
