Shuttle was super helpful, all the staff were extremely nice and accodomating. Laura and Monica checking in were a delight. Will absolutely stay here when I’m in Seattle for work.

Excellent location in Seattle. Safe clean (expensive- you get what you pay for , and it is right in downtown Seattle)parking facilities. Attentive staff. Wonderful comfy bedding. Cookies in the afternoon a welcome drink. A barista making lattes in the lobby in the morning. A little bit frustrating that even though you prepay with expedia you still have to pay fees at the hotel. And the worst thing at the hotel ia that the bathroom door is a sliding barn door that leaves a huge gap. Might as well not even have a door. That being said i would stay here again and recommend it highly. Rooms are clean. Beds are super comfortable( european style- two duvets on each queen bed. Location is perfect.
