Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and we were able to check in shortly after. The room was nice with a great view of the space needle. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern.

Homeless people around hotel area with tents set up. Property was nice inside and staff was excellent. Price is too high for what you are getting. location is convenient but as I said homeless people around property. You have to pay parking 30.00 per day and no breakfast is included. Would not stay here again. Not worth the cost! For the rest of my vacation paid half the price for a nicer property with gym, parking and breakfast included as well as no homeless people in tents by property! Do not recommend

No microwave in room. Rooms were noisy, could hear people walking on the floor above. Maid service every other day. coffee was not restocked and for the life of me I could not find a free coffee bar like most hotels. There wasn't a complimentary breakfast. For the price of the rooms there should have been a complimentary breakfast.

- Pay $30 a night for parking - $20 per person breakfast buffet or order off the menu - Toilets have immense water pressure so it is very loud when you flush. You’re able to hear the toilet in the next room as well.

Way over priced. Hated the $100 “incidentals” hold. Where I’m from we don’t charge our guests to park their car. Especially $30! After paying the outrageous night stay amount!!! Wow! Terrible. Guess I’m just not cut out for city life. Here for a cruise, came a day early. Next time we’ll just drive up day of cruise. Seattle itself was fun to visit.
