This hotel is perfect for those days when you have an early flight in the morning. It's on the airport property and 6-8 minute walk to the check in counters. Lobby has a bar and restaurant so very convenient. Staff is energetic, friendly and helpful. Standard rooms are small but sufficient for overnight stay and price is right. I upgraded to the family room and was much better. Can't go wrong for early travelers. I'll book here again.

Clean room, nice thick towels, crisp cotton sheets and friendly service. Even when we showed up at 11:30 pm and had to leave at 5:15 am for our next flight. Free taxi to the airport in the morning. Highly recommend this place for travelers. 10 min from the airport

I liked mostly everything. Very clean, nice staff, a walking distance from a good place to eat with tasty food, 10 min away of the airport, very convenient shuttle ride at request. The only thing I did not like was the noise from some other clients that were above us. I guess they had children jumping around. It was hard for me to fall asleep until they went to sleep. But this could have happened in any other hotel. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Hotel Imperial. It’s a beautiful hotel and located in a great area of Vienna. The hotel staff were outstanding - professional, courteous and very helpful. We look forward to coming back!

Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!

Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! We reserved the spa for 10:00 in the evening -- perfect end to a day full of walking. It was about a 10 minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. The staff was very, very accommodating. Chose the hotel due to its convenient location between the Hauptbahnhof and the Ring. Though a tiny bit dated (with some recent upgrades) it exceeded expectations; especially the level of attention and care from the staff. We needed to get antigen tests prior to our flight back to the States and were pointed by one gentleman at the front desk to a location near city hall where we could get them on the spot and for free. When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Amazing experience. It was everything I wanted for the trip and some more. The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is so pretty and clean. I will definitely go there again and again.
