It is a detached house with a parking space and balcony in a quiet residential area.

Haus bezw. Wohnungsmäßig sehr gut . Gemütlich eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Das Wetter hat nur leider nicht mitgespielt, nur Regen. Sehr wenige bis keine Restaurants mittags offen. Keine Geschäfte im Ort für Lebensmittel.

Die Unterkunft war toll!!! Jederzeit wieder!!! Eine Buchung werde ich nur noch über Fewo direkt durchführen. Kontakt zu Vrbo(?) nur in englischer Sprache, die Preise nur in $...warum???. Zum Glück hat sich Frau Thome, die nette Gastgeberin, um die Abwicklung gekümmert. Vielen Dank!

Schönes kleines Haus nahe dem dt. Weintor
Das Haus ist geschmackvoll hergerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad fällt im Vergleich dazu etwas ab, soll aber im Herbst modernisiert werden. Es gibt ausreichend Gastronomie am Ort und einen empfehlenswerten E-Bike Verleih. Die ruhige Lage und die Gegend (Nähe zum Elsass) haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Keine Wiederholung
insgesamt enttäuschend für uns. Das Ferienhaus ist bereits ziemlich abgewohnt und nicht mit Renovierungen auf dem aktuellen Stand gehalten worden. Elektrokabel hängen stellenweise aus der Wand, einige Fenster sind verzogen und lasse sich nicht mehr öffnen, einige Rollos hängen fest und lassen sich nicht mehr schließen. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und eine Zumutung für jeden Rücken. Im Ort gibt es außer einem Bäcker keinerlei Geschäfte mehr. Die einzige Apotheke hat Ende März auch noch dichtgemacht. Das Haus ist voller Stolperfallen: überall Stufen und Absätze, Treppen und Trittstufen. Nicht mehr zeitgemäß! Die Bilder im Internet (bei Fewo direkt) täuschen. Die Vermieterin ließ sich nicht einmal während unseres Aufenthaltes blicken. Sie war auch nur über eine Handynummer zu erreichen, was auch nicht ganz einfach wahr. Es gibt aber auch Urlauber die finden das alles ganz klasse und schreiben von einem tollen Urlaub dort . Eben sehr individuell wie man es empfindet. Es gibt auch keinerlei Abwechslung oder Angebote im Ort, außer man wandert gerne (geht aber immer gleich steil in die Weinberge), selbst Essen zu gehen ist schwierig vor Ort. Und jedesmal nach Bad Bergzabern mit dem Auto fahren (19 km) ist auch keine Option zumal dieser Kurort auch in der Agonie liegt. Für uns hat sich das Thema Südfpalz jedenfalls erledigt. K u. W, H.

Dieses Haus hat durch sein Alter einen eigenen Charakter. Dennoch ist es hell und freundlich im Inneren. An der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr ruhig. Wir haben es genossen.

Schöner Urlaub
Sehr saubere, gemütliche Wohnung mit einer modernen, nahezu komplett eingerichteten Küche. Neben dem Ort Schweigen-Rechtenbach mit seinen vielen Weingütern, sowie netten Lokalen hat uns besonders die unmittelbare Nähe zu Frankreich bzw. zum Elsass gefallen.
