This ocean meadow property features two bedrooms and two baths. With plenty of natural light the open floor plan between the living, dining and kitchen enjoys beautiful ocean views. Sit and relax on the window seats located either side of the wood fireplace in the living room. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub located on a private deck or simply unwind on the beautiful deck facing the ocean. This house welcomes your dog and has a large, enclosed courtyard for your dog to bask in the sun. Free internet access. Bed linens and towels are included with this rental. SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night. Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended. Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), with a 1 car garage available. No RV's. Maximum occupancy is 4 for this home.
