![Seaham Lighthouse in county Durham always gives a great show when the waves are crashing so I knew that I would have a chance to get something dramatic. Using a long lens from a distance helps to compress the waves and lighthouse making it even more dramatic but shooting at such a distance has its draw back due to all the moisture in the air which reduces the sharpness on the image. Not to mention the strength of the wind as it tried to thwart my attempts! "Excelente atención del personal del frontdesk y el restaurante, la ubicación del hotel fue buena, sus instalaciones son muy conservadoras pero les falta mantenimiento aunque son funcionales, se siente extraño el escuchar crujir el piso en casi todo el hotel donde uno camina."

"Staff were exemplary and everything the room was spotless and bed very comfy. one criticism no complimentary water in the fridge and the furniture housing the fridge in need of repair ( doors wouldn’t close after opening). Meal in Fratello’s very good and staff very attentive."

"Lovely staff and great location, room was a bit loud at night since it’s close to an area with busy nightlife but it’s not the hotels fault and it stopped around midnight. I’ll come back next time I visit Newcastle!"

"Habíamos estado en otros Marriott y fue una gran experiencia, aquí no te atienden bien, el hotel es un laberinto, y nadie te explica por dónde ir, ni te ayudan con las maletas, tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran de cuarto,las alfombras no son cómodas para llevar las maletas, el personal del bar grosero, solo tienen Pepsi y como no queríamos se burlaron de nosotros pensando que no los entenderíamos. Decepcionada de haber elegido este hotel"
