"Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good .They also do meals through outt the day. Great location for Sunderland game about half hour walk on cycle path. Or jump on the park and ride"
"Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer."
"On entering the property we was greeted by the reception staff they were very friendly and helpful, they made our short stay feel at ease, had everything we needed and the owner was so polite even carried my bag upstairs and said anything we need just ask. Really can’t fault our room was lovely felt homely & cosy, the area was nice & quiet. Highly recommend this place. We had the family room as it was the last one left for us to book & was a great size room. 10/10 "

"We arrived late so unfortunately didn’t get to experience the food but the bar and restaurant was lovely and we only wish we could have spent more time here.
The decor is amazing.
Rooms were large and comfortable and had everything we needed.
Breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful."

"Charming barn conversation, very spacious and a modern kitchen. Comfortable furniture and furnishings, very responsive thermostat, warm and cosy.
However damp is a problem, especially in the bathroom and larger bedroom.
The use of Plug-in air fresheners caused allergy reactions.
Good parking and easy dog walks.
The Half Moon pub was very friendly."
Listed Stone Built Folly with original gothic features

"We had an amazing stay at Kinley Tower. The views are lovely and it is a very peaceful spot. Surrounded by countryside the walks from the Tower, including along the beach are fantastic! The Tower was equipped with everything you could need and spotlessly clean! The owners made every part of the booking/check in and departure very easy. They even went out of their way to return something to us that we had left behind. We would wholeheartedly recommend a stay in your own little piece of history!"
"Our overall impression of Milibanke House is that its location is great. It is quiet. The management lacks integrity and we encountered several issues. "
"This is a great holiday home away from home. Decor is slick and modern. Bedrooms are calm and comfortable. Plenty of toilets and bathrooms. The kitchen has all you need to make any meal you want. It was nice to have a washer handy, along with the microwave and dishwasher. The back garden is a nice outdoor sanctuary to spend a mild night talking about your day at the seaside. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The check in/out process was seamless. If I come to this area again, I would definitely want to book here. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"
