  • Tradicional cabaña de pescadores ubicada en una encantadora y tranquila plaza adoquinada muy cerca del puerto y la playa. Recientemente renovado a un estándar muy alto. La cabaña tiene paredes de piedra originales en la cocina y sala de estar. Preciosa cocina grande para toda la familia. Dispone de 3 habitaciones (1 doble, 1 litera con camas individuales de tamaño completo y 1 habitación doble con 2 camas individuales). Se beneficia de wifi y net flix. Plaza de aparcamiento para 1 coche directamente fuera de la casa. Perros permitidos.
    Fuera de temporada / períodos de vacaciones no importantes, aceptamos reservas para las siguientes fechas: viernes a lunes (3 noches) o lunes a viernes (4 noches). Las tarifas diarias se han calculado sobre esta base. Sin embargo, si necesita una mayor flexibilidad, es de esperar que podamos acomodarlo y calcular un precio basado en una combinación de tarifas de fin de semana y días laborables. Si desea permanecer durante 1 semana o más fuera de temporada / días festivos no importantes, infórmese sobre el precio porque aplicaremos un descuento generoso, no solo agregaremos el precio de mitad de semana y fin de semana. Durante los períodos de vacaciones, el precio se basa en quedarse 1 semana completa (de sábado a sábado) y, por lo tanto, ya se descuenta de las tarifas diarias. Gracias.

We had a lovely stay here. Cozy cottage in a great location, with everything you need.My only complaint would be that there is no outside furniture like it shows on the pictures, which is one of the reasons we picked this.

We were very much looking forward to our trip to Seahouses and were not one bit dissatisfied with our accommodation. Perfectly situated for access to everything we needed. Very spacious property and very well appointed. Great hosts and excellent communication. Would stay again.

Property was in a great location to explore the area. Clean property. Enough storage for 2 but definitely not enough if there were 6 people staying. Name of cottage is confusing We were looking for cosy fisherman's cottage but it is called Sandy toes cottage but luckily the host Dawn is brilliant with her communication she answered her phone immediately and explained were to go and where to park. 10/10 for the host. Would we stay there again Absolutely, really enjoyed our stay

Lovely property

Very lovely house with all you need. Spotlessly clean and Dawn was a pleasure to deal with. Ideally located and close to all amenities.

Stayed with family and a dog. Lovely cottage. Very clean & tidy with everything we needed. Excellent location, right in the centre of town with easy walks to really great pubs / restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. Yes, the turn into the square is a little bit tight but we were in a large 4x4 and managed it easily. Great communication with a very helpful host with quick replies. Highly recommended.

Over all we enjoyed our stay, everything was very good. The one small thing we didn’t really like was the quality of the shower. Although it was adequate, it lacked power.

Pleasant stay

Pleasant stay. Clean house and a good location. Puffin and seal cruise is a must. Beach is walkable. Recommend the Black Swan nearby for food and also the potted lobster in Bamburgh. Need to book well in advance for the Potted Lobster! The seafood van between Seahouses and Bamburgh is great too.

Property was lovely. Only small problem was the length of the shower curtain. Could be a trip hazard. Everything else excellent.

Beautiful, well equipped home from home

We have just returned from a week-long stay in this lovely location. It is situated just around the corner from the harbour and had everything we needed for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. My only criticism would be that it advertised a DVD player (and I had brought along several DVDs which we were looking forward to watching) and, although there was indeed a player, it had the wrong connection for the TV and we were therefore unable to use it. Otherwise a wonderful stay. Thank You.

Pleasant stay

Overall a pleasant stay. Great location for easy walk into Seahouses which has some lovely bars and restaurants and nice little shops. Close to the coastal path walk and harbour. Property overall including linen and bedding were all very clean and comfortable. No issues with wifi and owner was very responsive to messages. My only wee negative was that crockery and cutlery wasn’t very clean so had to wash it all when we arrived. With such a large kitchen shame there isn’t a dishwasher.

ideally located cottage, a real home from home

First impressions on entering the property were how clean everything looked and smelled. It is in an ideal location, right next to Seahouses harbour, and a short walk to the beach and also to local shops, pubs and restaurants. We did have to contact the owner, Dawn, on one occasion in relation to the heating but Dawn answered immediately and the issue was quickly resolved. The weather was not great unfortunately but we still managed some nice walks and a boat trip to the Farne Islands, which I would heartily recommend.

Great Location and facilities?

No towels except 1 hand towel. No Netflix, no BBC 1 except through iPlayer. Very noisy as a family with 3 children and a dog in accommodation above.

Accommodation was great, high quality furnishings, and very comfy. Communication with Dawn was straightforward, and we really enjoyed our visit.

Seahouses at its best

Location is brilliant. Cottage was lovely and clean. We did have an issue with WiFi for a very short time but this was quickly rectified by host which was great as we had no phone signal. The cottage was very spacious, the photos don't do it justice.

Lovely Short Stay

The house was absolutely lovely, and being so close to the beach and cliffs was really handy with three boys who wanted to get out and run about! Hopefully we will be back in the not too distant future!

Great location

We’ve had a lovely week, great location, everything you could possibly need in the house. It was clean and spacious. Parking was a bit of a problem, our space was also someone else’s space and it was very congested in there, but for us it was ok as my parents were staying in the opposite courtyard so we parked there instead. We chatted with our neighbour and came to that agreement so all good. A lovely property and would highly recommend.

A lovely comfortable cottage

The cottage is situated perfectly and very comfortable. Easy walks to beach, harbour, all amenities in Seahouses and great coastal walks. Dawn was super helpful throughout the process. Would love to visit again. Can highly recommend.

Fantastic cottage!

A lovely little cottage a stones throw from the harbour and all the shops, pubs etc that Seahouses has to offer. It provided everything we needed and more for a fab family holiday. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly spacious

The cottage was beautifully kept, great access to beach walks and the town. Couldn't ask for a better location.
