“Arrived with my 85 year old parents who can’t do stairs well was informed elevator was out and no rooms on first floor I said I may need to cancel reservation and go to different hotel but was assured by front desk it would be working by 5 and the front desk gal was very nice and helped take luggage! However elevator never did work and my father had to go up and down and while carrying luggage coming down fell! Apparently this seems to be a constant problem with hotel and no one to fix……
