The window screen was broken, so we couldn't open it to let fresh air in. Bathroom fan was also broken and there were cobwebs and dust on the rafters. I told the owners and they tried to address the issues they could take care of right then and there. In the end, we could not get comfortable in the room, so we cut our stay short and just stayed one night instead of 3\. The owners gave us a partial refund, so we really appreciated that. Stayed solo 4 nights for the peerpocalypse event. The room met my needs but was set up a little awkward and there was quite a bit of dust on the rafters, pipes and fan. I didnt realize I was supposed to wash my dishes before I left either. I had assumed i would've been closer to the beach as well but still only a block or two from it. The host was very fast about replying to questions. We were able to cook meals although the kitchen was quite small. Showers and hot water was great did not have to wait between people showering.
