They make you go to a different website and grill you with loads of other questions. Then they take 150, keep it themselves rather than in a deposit scheme, and hold it ransom over the trip to take at their discretion. "This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11.
