Overall, we had a pleasant stay. I chose this resort for our babymoon because, at seven months pregnant, I wanted a peaceful, relaxing, and luxurious getaway. The property is beautiful, our room was lovely, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, the all-inclusive experience was disappointing. The food was average, the menu was limited, and several items were unavailable at nearly every meal. We were also charged extra for items like steak and lobster, which I believe should have been included. Meals were only served during scheduled times, with no late-night food or snack options. Transportation was another downside. Since the resort is far from local restaurants and excursions, I expected more affordable transportation or a shuttle, but hotel transportation was very expensive. Housekeeping could also be improved. We didn't receive daily turndown service and were asked to reuse towels until housekeeping arrived. Fresh towels and a clean room are part of what I consider a luxury vacation. A special shoutout to **Kierra** at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us enjoy experiences outside the resort. Overall, I would recommend the resort for its beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, but I believe improvements to the all-inclusive dining, housekeeping, and transportation would make the experience much more enjoyable.

The property was pristine. Only problem was the housekeeping with giving towels. The beach was full of seaweed and not useable

It was off season and half restaurants were not open so had to eat at the buffet all time and then sit out in the wind were food was cold in one minute They were working on the buildings and the floor in our room had buckles in it The beds are hard no towels at pool if you don’t go by 9 am to get one The entertainment is so so one band was a no show then they had DJ All the stairs around there had boards sticking up with nails exposed and some were loose The beach had red flag every day the wind blows directly into it so swimming was a little rough For my taste buds food was real bland flavored But was very few people there No drink service you go get your own if you want one For a all inclusive resort I give it a 1
