Spacious 2 bedroom townhouse with fenced-in back yard. Open living room on the main floor with two upstairs bedrooms and washer and dryer on the first floor.
Enjoy our beautiful townhome that's a 5 minute walk to the heart of Greenwood where you'll find bars, restaurants, and breweries. Visit the Woodland Park Zoo (7 min drive), Greenlake (5 min), Carkeek Park (7 min) and many more Seattle staples.
Stay at our unique townhome which houses the largest Little Free Pantry in the city of Seattle. Give back to the community with 10% of proceeds from our short term rental going back to purchase food for those in need. Reduce your waste by donating unused food at the end of your stay.
Owner is available for any questions and will be on site in a detached office on the property from M-F 7am-5pm.

Great place in a great neighborhood
This was just what we were looking for. Prefect size for my family with two kids. Having a park just down the block was wonderful. It’s walking distance to convenient bus lines and easy to drive around north Seattle.

Great place to stay for families
This was our first visit to Seattle. The house was perfect for our family. It was close to the city but in a quiet neighborhood . Great access to supermarket, gas station etc . The house was exactly what we expected it to be. Spacious , clean and comfortable .
