I love this hotel. The staff was amazing and the rooms were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again!

Checked in and asked for a luggage cart. Waited 30 minutes while they tried to find one. They never did so I had to lug all our luggage by hand. Heater didn't work so they came and reset it. Had to keep getting up and fiddling with it all night because we were freezing. Come to find out it's on a motion sensor so when you stop moving, it goes to 69 degrees. The rod to close the blinds was missing so the curtain had come unsnapped from the rod. No way to completely close the curtain so you're getting up with the sun. The fridge was consistently 42 degrees which is unsafe. Around 4:30 pm someone walked into our room. No knock, just walked right in. It had to be staff because the door was closed and required a key to open. When I went out in the hall I saw a woman who rad to have ran down the hall as she ducked around the corner. The "restaurant" is not a restaurant. They only "serve" breakfast. It's actually just a continental buffet style breakfast for $20 per person (usually free at most hotels). The menu in the evening consists of 4 flatbread pizzas...nothing else. We found a 2 foot long blonde hair and a giant pubic hair in our room to top it all off. We did have one maintenance person who was VERY helpful and I think she actually got the heater to work. She brought us extra blankets just in case though. Thank you Noel!!!!! She was also the only employee we ever saw smile.
