The property was exactly as described. The owner was helpful and responsive throughout. Great location and a good place to stay for both work and play. I would definitely stay again.

The property is nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the backyard and the city view. The house was sufficiently stocked with the basics, which made our trip more enjoyable as we didn’t have to buy additional supplies. The owner was very quick to respond and followed up after the first night to ensure we had everything we need.

Fremont overlook perfection

This was a perfect spot for a visit with family. Clean and cozy with a beautiful outdoor fire pit. Couldn’t be happier with our wonderful visit.

Great Place

The house was lovely. The view from the backyard was good. The neighborhood is nice and is close to downtown Freemont The stairs up to the house are not meant/good for those with canes or vision concerns as they can be difficult to navigate. I would stay there again.

The interior is really cute, well-maintained and well-outfitted. It was more spacious than it appeared on the website and kitchen and bathrooms very new. The yard provides a great place to hang out outside, although needed some maintainence/cleaning before we could use the outdoor furuniture. The owners were very responsive and checked to make sure we didn't have any problems, which was greatly appreciated. A nice place, and we will stay here again when visiting Seattle. Nice location in walking distance of Fremont neighborhood shops, restaurants, and waterfront.

The perfect size and location!

From the moment we arrived we were stunned by the beautiful landscaping in the front and the spacious Vrbo itself!Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout allowing for ample privacy with rooms on opposite sides of home both with their own bathrooms with full showers. It was so relaxing after a long day of travel to walk into the room and see there was a ceiling fan for my husband who can’t sleep without a fan. He was extra excited when he learnt there was a remote to control the fans! Very happy with our stay at this Vrbo! Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for their second home :)

Cleanliness was "meh" (long dark hairs on the floors, crumbs under the toaster). The throw blankets in all three rooms smelled, so I washed them. Both bedroom carpets were stained. No drawer space for clothes. The main living room has no windows that open up, so it gets very stuffy. There is a loud fan. Good that the unit has no steps inside (which was important for my health).BUT, it has approximately 24 steps from the street up to the entry. The owners removed "A/C" from the listing while I was there, but I rented with that understanding. There is a mobile unit that can move from room to room. I'm not sure about the heat, so please ask about that. Overall, although I visit Seattle frequently, I would not recommend this place. Jason, the property manager, tried, but based on his responses, the owners seem to be uncaring and cheap.

o great lighthouse Coffee and downtown Fremont restaurants. Home was clean and well stocked with towels etc. The backyard was a great place for an afternoon drink.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a nice stay here. It was clean, well stocked with linens in quiet neighborhood that was close to all the Fremont shops. It was perfect for a family of 4. The owner was super responsive and accommodating. Street parking was packed but we always found a spot in close walking distance. One thing to note that I didn't realize before arriving that there is a steep staircase of about 20 stone steps leading up to the front door. We would definitely recommend to a friend!

Location! Location! Location!

Comfortable and charming home in a great, walkable, Seattle city neighborhood. Easy access to shops, cafes, markets, restaurants, and activities. Would happily stay there again.

Someone's Been Sleeping In My Bed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I never thought I'd have to say the words "poop chunks" in a review of a property, but unfortunately here we are. This place is in a great location in Ballard and has a nice backyard space. The unit itself is fairly tiny and cramped, which is not atypical of the location. All this would have been ok, but we got there, one of the beds was completely a mess and seemed like someone had just slept in it. I contacted the property management company and they told me to change the sheets. When entering the bathroom, the toilet had a bunch of acute rather than chronic looking poop chunks in it. I've literally never had this happen in any place I've ever stayed before. I contacted the company again for this, they asked me to send them a picture, and I haven't heard from them since. Gross.

Beautiful house in Fremont

This property was clean and well located. The wall heaters kept us warm in 40 degree weather and we enjoyed watching sunsets from the back yard. Would recommend for a family or two friends/couples
