For an older building, everything was kept really clean. The attendant behind the desk inside the door was very friendly. This unit was perfect and the corner view was hard to beat!

The room was nice and clean. It was inconvenient only having one key and garage door opener.

Great condo in the middle of everything. Loved the location. Appreciate responsiveness from owner to texts with questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend.

Stay at your own risk.
Area: Belltown is littered with homeless people and druggies. Not walkable especially after sunset
Check-in: not convenient at all as there is no reception. They had a “greeter” that will give you access. If you fail to call the greeter 24hrs in advance and you go inside the property that you paid for, you will pay a fine
The unit: old and dated. Relatively clean. However, the master bedroom is facing the alley and if you happen to stay there during garbage day, you will be woken up by the garbage truck and the stench of landfill. Also, sewage smell comes out of the bathroom sink.
Checkout: you have to leave the garage remote in the unit but you need it to leave the property. So make sure you have another person to run back to the unit to drop off the remote after you leave. Otherwise you will be fined $250.
This was a wonderful property to stay at. The rooms were clean with a friendly staff. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. My family enjoyed their stay.

Lots of homeless people are around the area. Avoid if you are arriving late, as the check-in was not easy

Truly right in the middle of everything. We walked to Pioneer square, Pikes market, Climate Pledge Arena, and the space needle. Great property - good size for 3 people. Some extra rules for the building - but our greeter and the materials we received ahead helped us navigate.
