The staff was very friendly, patient, and assisted when needed. The location was great! Convenient to the major roads, fast food, grocery stores, etc. It was quiet, I liked the landscaping: trees, grass. and the bunny family :-)) Regarding cleanliness: I found poop in the bath tub, toe nails in my bed; and when wiping water spills on the floor with a towel, the white towel turned muddy-looking...as if the floor hadn't been mopped in awhile (visually the floor looked clean).

Helpful staff. Quiet. Maintenance requests went unaddressed for a month. Service occurred usually on 14thday but I ended up buying my own mop and broom and did best I was able even being ill and disabled. Otherwise restful.
