Was nice overall but towels smelled like cigarette smoke (reason for low rating on cleanliness). Was able to wash them and all else was better. Property is next to a gun range (stops in the evening but was a startling start to the stay). Good for adults with light packing (hard to navigate spiral staircase with large suitcase).
