This cozy mid century 3 bedroom 2 bathroom rambler is conveniently located in Tukwila, nestled between two major freeways for easy access to Seatac airport (8 minutes drive), downtown Seattle (19 minutes drive), and Bellevue (26 minutes drive). The master spa suite has a jet tub for those who want to relax after a busy trip. Our home welcomes solo adventurers, couples, families, groups and business travelers. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The backyard provides the ideal retreat. PETS We absolutely love furry friends and we know that they're a part of the family. However, we do reserve the right to decline on a case by case basis. We kindly request that you check with us prior to booking and let us . We ask they stay off the furniture and bedding, and that you scoop the poop—because no one likes surprises in the yard. This house is in a great neighborhood and felt very safe. It was clean, well furnished, and the beds/ linens were extremely comfortable. I liked that it was close enough to the airport that my son could easily Uber after his red eye flight but that we didn't hear a lot of the flight noise i was expecting. The location is central to several attractions. My conference was in Renton and it only took me about 10 minutes to commute each day. It was also very nice to get a quick little message from Tracy during our stay to see how it was going and offer some suggestions for things to do in the area. We were very happy with our stay and hope it's available next time we're in the area. We appreciated three bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, two bathrooms, living area with large TV, and laundry room. The place was clean and in a neighborhood where we could walk around the block. We were in close proximity to a grocery store, drug store, shopping area, movie theater and the airport. Being my first time using VRBO, I would have liked to have had a way to communicate with the owner the morning of our arrival to see about early check in. Check in time was at 4pm; we arrived in the morning and I was only able to communicate via messaging using VRBO. A phone number would have been helpful.
