My experience at Motel 6 was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I was traveling with my military family and our two children, and despite paying for our room, we were treated unfairly and made to feel unwelcome. The situation escalated to the police being called, and I was then told that I could not check back into the room I had already paid for. No family, especially one traveling with young children, should have to experience this kind of treatment after paying for accommodations. The way we were handled left me feeling discriminated against, disrespected, and humiliated. Instead of receiving professional customer service and a reasonable explanation, we were put in a stressful situation that was completely unacceptable. What makes this experience even more upsetting is that we were a military family simply trying to secure a place to stay. Paying customers deserve to be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect, regardless of their background or circumstances. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and believe management needs to investigate what happened. I would not recommend this Motel 6 to other families based on my experience. Paying for a room should not result in being denied the ability to check back in without a fair explanation or being subjected to such distressing treatment. I hope management takes accountability and ensures that no other family has to go

Booked through Expedia. No indication that I was getting a weekly rate or that weekly was any different. Upon check-in was told that I would only get service once during the week, which turned out to be never. Construction workers next door smoked and talked very loudly at all hours of the night. Location didn't have much curb appeal but was airport-friendly. Also was unaware of charge for parking. Less than $5 per day but was abundant so it seemed greedy.

I feel like this Motel 6 was more expensive than others. I didnt like how you had to pay to park there which was pretty bizarre after you pay to stay there. Paid 285 for 3 nights. Still cheaper than having to go pay a deposit for somewhere else but still.

The noise at 1130pm for two hrs - a rhythmic pounding, like a pile driver - was quite disturbing. The lack of an answer from the office was equally disturbing. A sheriff was knocking on the next door at 3:15am. What was the problem?

Close to the airport. Staff was awesome! It was a doable stay for a night if your flight is delayed or you have an early flight. Had to ask for shampoo and conditioner which was strange to me. It was held in a locker in the lobby.

Honestly, whatever money you’re going to save by staying in this trash hole motel is literally not worth it. Staff was unhelpful, rude and at times even obstinate and felt like they were defrauding us when they refused to honor a reservation and we’re trying to charge us at a higher room rate same day.
