Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, enjoy unmatched comfort, amenities, and a prime spot to experience Seattle's finest. Centrally located to all things Seattle: \- 0 mile - Front row seats to the Fourth of July or New Year's Eve fireworks \- 0.8 mile to Space Needle and Climate Pledge Arena \- 0.6 mile to Museum of Pop Culture and Seattle Center park \- 0.8 mile to nice restaurants on Queen Anne Ave N \- 0.6 mile to Kerry Park (my favorite view of Seattle) \- 1.6 mile to Pike Place Market, waterfront, and downtown Seattle \- 0.7 mile to Meta, 0.9 mile to Alphabet and Amazon SLU campuses \- There is a nice Bhy Kracke Park and Playground across the street To get a better understanding of the layout and what’s included, please read the following description: MAIN FLOOR: On the main floor you will find a bedroom that has 2 comfy full beds (75"L x 54"W) and a full bathroom located right outside of that bedroom. All of the bedrooms have 50" smart TVs, memory foam mattresses, and full-length mirrors for your convenience! SECOND FLOOR: The second floor includes a spacious living area with a 65" smart TV for all of your streaming apps. There is a sofa if you want to enjoy a movie and a dining table that seats four guests. From the living area, walk into the fully equipped kitchen. The bar also has stools to seat four. There is a complimentary coffee station with your coffee necessities and hot chocolate for the kids! Under the stairs, you will find a highchair and pack and play for the comfort of your children. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer. THIRD FLOOR: On the third floor you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfy king bed & a desk which provides a quiet workspace. It also has an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a large shower with two shower heads, one of which is a rain showerhead. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed and there is a full bathroom located right outside of that bedroom. All of the bedrooms have 50" smart TVs, memory foam mattresses, and full-length mirrors for getting ready! DECK: On the rooftop, the fun continues with a dining table that seats 8 guests, an outdoor sectional for 7 guests, a firepit and four chairs. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge, sink with hot and cold water, and a Weber grill, a space heater, and outdoor lights. For the rainy season (October-May) we cover the furniture and amenities, unplug the grill, and remove the outdoor games. We have AC units in the living room and main bedroom. Other two bedrooms have ceiling fans. All the rooms have heaters. The grandparents used the bedroom on the first floor, while the rest of us stayed in the rooms on the third floor. Generally, the place had everything we needed though it would have been nice to have more dishwashing and laundry detergents given our stay of 8 days. The area is very nice, but street parking for a larger vehicle that accommodated our party of six was a little challenging. There is a stall attached to the unit but it would not accommodate our large suv rental. I’m sure it’s fine for most other types of vehicles. It ended up being the perfect spot. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. The condo had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and also nice areas where we could hang out together. We especially loved the rooftop deck. The host was friendly and helpful, and even gave us some local restaurant recommendations. We tried two of them and they were both amazing. All good except the rug under the table looks dirty. Upper deck also has a view of the Space Needle. Enjoyed our trip and many attractions around the surrounding area. We could get to most any place of interest quickly(using Uber) or more casually if you prefer to walk. Property was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The only issue we had was that the listing stated, twice, that this property is air conditioned. This is partially true in that two of the three bedrooms are not air conditioned, but the primary bedroom and the kitchen/living room do have air conditioning. The temps got up to the mid 80’s during the afternoon and it made for uncomfortable sleeping for those that stayed in these two bedrooms. The rooftop deck was a plus. It was well located to our local family. Neighborhood on street parking was easy enough. Place was so clean and beautiful space needle view for new years!!! Would love to stay here again in the future. Hightly recommended only issue is parking carport which is indicated that you should drive a compact car.
