Leather couches ground the living room and provide a cozy space to curl up and read, work on a laptop, watch cable TV, or enjoy the gas fireplace. From the living room, sliding doors open unto a large view deck which overlooks Alki Beach and has 180 degree views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains. You'll love using the gas grill to cook the fresh salmon you bring back from the Pike Place Market. Prepare the rest of your dinner in the gorgeous designer kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances-at the heart of the great room, then gather around the long dining table to savor a bottle of wine and great company. In the morning, enjoy a cup of freshly ground Pike Place Roast coffee while gazing at the view from the bar or cocktail table.

Bedroom/Bathroom Layout: The lower level offers a master suite with king-sized bed and ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms each have comfortable queen-sized beds and share the remaining full bath. Also included on the lower level is a laundry room, which adds convenience for longer stays.

Parking: It is easy to park two cars at the unit, one inside the single car attached garage and the other in the driveway. Additional parking is available for free on the street nearby.

Privacy: This rental unit is the upper portion of a duplex. The home's modern construction affords complete privacy between this and the lower unit.
