Summers in Seattle are incredible but fall and winter storms can be spectacular. With heated floors and covered patio The Lookout is the perfect place to cozy up and watch the Northwest seasons change. Very quiet place and neighborhood. It is a privately relaxing place. The owner is living on second floor, but they are very quiet and very nice couple. Nice garden with many beautiful flowers. Inside there is a wash and dryer, sink, mini fridge, but no stove or oven.
