UPSTAIRS Apt, Alki beach, historic, UPSTAIRS, Newly rebuilt, AC, W/D, fast wifi

  • Very comfortable and charming Apartment suite in UPSTAIRS of the oldest house in Seattle, built in 1858 ish, Rebuilt by us in 2018.

    New everything-plumbing, electrical, roof, walls, sheetrock, paint, carpet, appliances, sinks, tubs, added Foundation, insulation, etc.

    Former home of Doc David Maynard & Catherine, friends of Chief Seattle.
    Doc was a early, colorful promoter of Seattle in 1852.
    Lots of history

    We are 441 feet from Alki Beach Park and 1/2 block to free water-taxi shuttle bus stops, 23 restaurants, beaches, many miles of walking, biking and running paths. Great sea breezes and sea air to breathe.

    As they say, come to Alki for a Day or a Lifetime.
