There are 2 additional Bedrooms with a shared Bath, a large open Kitchen and living room, a separate family lounge with pool view. This split plan offers privacy for the master and the two additional bedrooms. Guests that have booked are confirming that they (the primary booker) and any guests that are part of the reservation, are aware and agree to the following rules outlined below, the rules listed under the house rules section, as well as any additional rules listed in the listing description/additional information section: \-$100 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. \-We will kindly confirm the number of guests and animals after a guest has booked. Confirmation is needed from the guest before access information is provided and before door codes are activated. \-Due to local city rules and permit regulations for vacation rentals, guests will need to contact the property manager at the number listed in the welcome binder for evening and overnight emergencies. The home is just as described on the VRBO site. Very comfortable, well appointed place with a beautiful heated pool and private fenced in yard. The property manager, Eddie Nero, is easy to reach and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He represents the property owners very well. All of his properties have been absolutely wonderful. This house was clean and had everything we needed. The location gave us easy access to downtown Sebastian and Vero. Eddie Nero, the host, made the check in process easy. He texted us before our arrival with clear and courteous instructions. He also checked in on us to ensure all was going well during our stay. The house was very clean and extremely well equipped. The floor plan is great for a family (master on one side, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the other side….and two separate common areas) and the pool was wonderful for the kids! The home was so clean and beautifully decorated furnished with updated modern day plush furniture it’s pretty ! the pool area was clean and kept up. I can’t say enough about the manager Eddie . Appreciated the huge supply of new bathroom and pool towels. The kitchen had everything needed from pots and pans to spices.
