Monthly Rent includes one cleaning Although the studio has its own entrance and private yard-we are next door and work from home! We have 2 dogs & 1 cat. The studio is designed with guest needs in mind. Extra comfortable space filled with high end furnishings, comfy queen bed, private sun drenched yard and private entry. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to make a meal including a Hestan Cue induction cook top, Moccamaster coffee maker, convection toaster/oven, microwave, all dishes+knifes, cups, mugs, dish towels \~ everything needed. 50” TV with cable, AC/Heat unit, iron, ironing board.
