“Amazing stay, friendly staff, clean room. Beautiful environments, especially the restaurant area close to the water. Even though it was low season and few people we still got immediate help to get on a snorkeling tour. We also had fun with the ping pong table and good encounters with the manager.”

“What an amazing slice of paradise! The hotel is less than a year old, stylishly appointed with friendly can-do staff. Totally unlike Bali - no crowds, no noise, pristine white sand. A shot hop by ferry from Singapore so you can mix the cosmopolitan bustle of Singapore with the laid back paradise that is Bintan Island. I give Hotel Indigo full marks for a beautiful experience! “We have nothing but positive to say about our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lagoi Bay, Bintan. The resort is new and modern and very airy providing a truly relaxing atmosphere the moment we stepped off the shuttle bus from the jetty. Staffs were super attentive and provided beyond 5-star customised service to us ensuring our stay was a truly memorable one. Rooms were spacious with a great ocean view; the balcony was comfy. Sea-view villa facing south china sea, ON the whole a smooth and nice experience I all kinds of services including check-in, check-out, 24-hrs front desk service and room service, etc. A wonderful experience to have a buggy provided for your own driving trip. Otherwise, Nirwana Garden is big enough to urge you to hire a car instead of walk in order to have a full exploration of Nirwana Garden. From time to time, staff of Nirwana……
