“Pros: Lovely apartment as pictured, had everything we wanted for a 2 week stay (including a few cooking ingredients and cleaning essentials on a replace if used basis). Close to the sea but balcony sheltered from the breeze. Aircon effective. Lovely small Spanish town (busier at weekends with Spaniards coming to their apartments, no hotels) with plenty of very convenient restaurants & shops open in early October. Cheap (1.5 euro each way) & convenient bus to Valencia. Pura very helpful - thank……

Lo que no ha gustado no tiene que ver con arena 20 sino con la forma de construir y diseñar, por ejemplo hay pequeñas corrientes que al no haber puertas no se atenúan, la calefacción (en febrero) se ha necesitado pero es bomba de calor con el aire acondicionado, de difícil regulación y distribución del calor, y el aislamiento acústico no es de lo mejor. “This apartment was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we reached out to them with questions. It was near an Aldi and two Mercadonas, as well as two bus stops and about a 7 minute walk to the tram station. My only negative was the hot water heater was not working well, even first thing in the morning, or it may just be set to only allow hot water use for a few minutes at time then needs significant time to reheat.
