“Very conveniently located in a quiet area and within easy walking distance to the green belt and the the ‘old town’ area, Russafa, the modern arts and sciences museum area, etc. The room was quite comfortable with a small balcony, the kitchen was pretty well equipped - notably with a little packet that included cleaning supplies and little bottles of olive oil that my husband the cook very much appreciated! Staff was super friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!”

“Se asemeja bastante a lo esperado. Lo que no ha gustado no tiene que ver con arena 20 sino con la forma de construir y diseñar, por ejemplo hay pequeñas corrientes que al no haber puertas no se atenúan, la calefacción (en febrero) se ha necesitado pero es bomba de calor con el aire acondicionado, de difícil regulación y distribución del calor, y el aislamiento acústico no es de lo mejor. La gestión es satisfactoria, al tener problema responden rápido y amable. El agua caliente tras varias……

“L’appartamento era pulito e dotato di ogni comfort (domotica, filodiffusione, ecc.). Gli spazi erano ben organizzati e le camere sempre in ordine. All’arrivo ci è stato fornito un pratico kit per la cucina (sapone per i piatti, detersivo per lavastoviglie, spugna, ecc.). La stanza veniva riordinata quotidianamente e, all’occorrenza, veniva cambiata anche la biancheria. È incluso l’accesso a una palestra nelle vicinanze, un plus molto apprezzato. La posizione non è tra le più centrali, ma questo……

“The room was clean and had everything needed for the stay, including dishes and supplies. We got everything would expect from the press. I want to suggest the management however, to get better pillows and new bedding sheets.”

“The apartment access was not given until 3pm -check-in time. I arrived by plane and had to turn off my antivirus at the airport to receive the codes, even though the anti virus warned me multiple times about known threats. I got a horrible computer virus as a result. It should be mandatory to give access info many hours prior to check-in. The apartment was clean and modern. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook. There is no information manual, making it a waste of time to send inquiries for……

“The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. ”
