Amazing views
We enjoyed our time in this property immensely. There was an amazing view from the window of a sunrise every day. While we didn't have a dog with us, the owner had a number of nice details a dog owner would have appreciated. The house is very convenient to down town.

3/5 Okay

The place is 'Ok'
As a business owner myself, it pains me to leave 3 stars...but I'm big on quality and experience. Before I explain the 3 stars, let me first commend the owner for responding quickly when we had issues with the wifi connection. I will also add, the location and views are incredible and the decor is really beautiful. However, if a guest is going to pay a sizeable cleaning fee, then it should certainly reflect that. There are cobwebs and dust bunnies inside the house on parts of the walls near the window and an immense of web outside the house, ESPECIALLY the porch area. The patio furniture is filled with dog hair, never wiped down. It's as though the porch/backyard area is totally ignored when it comes to cleaning. We couldn't use the grill because it too was filthy with cobwebs. Moreover, in the bedrooms, there was really no place to hang or put away our clothes...there was hardly enough hangers for all 3 of us adults. In regard to the cooking pans, none (with the exception of 1) had covers so we had to use a frying pan to cover food while cooking. Unfortunately there's more, but I don't want to sound petty because it may not be a big deal to some. So here is my take...if you just want a place to lay your head and then be off on your adventures, then this is the place for you. However, if you want a place that 'feels' like a home away from home and not a temporary stay, then this place is not for you.

Exceptional Location in an Exceptional City!
Tamara’s property in Sedona was IMMACULATE! Perfect for my family vacation. Conveniently located to all of the things we wanted to do in Sedona. super clean. Beautiful interior design and the great window made for marvelous views! We spent some sunsets on the wrap around rear deck and enjoyed movie nights on the large big screen tv in the spacious living room. Made dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and slept great and the plush beds. The neighborhood is super quiet and chill. If this property is available the next time we come to Sedona I’m definitely staying here again.

2/5 Poor

Needs a remodel
The area of the property was perfectly central to all we wanted to do. The view from the porch was beautiful but that where the beauty stopped! The house itself felt less than clean. The counters and cabinets had a sticky feeling as well as ants on the countertops. The dust mop for guest to use had not been cleaned. One of the beds wood frames was broke upon arrival which we were charged for. We propped it up for a stay. In addition to the broken bed when we turned down the sheets, we found a sock and towel in the bed. The beautiful view was covered in cobwebs inside and out. The back fence has been broken for some time and a bit of an eyesore. We had planned on grilling while there, but the grill needs a day worth of cleaning or better yet replaced. While the property states they are dog friendly, and they have a dog run. Do expect the owner to charge additional cleaning fees. We did have our 2 golden retrievers with us we swept prior to leaving as well as cleaned up after them. We were charged additional cleaning fees do to do dog hair on the rugs and bedding. My hope is that the property owner is washing ALL bedding prior to each guest. We also would have vacuumed the dog hair of the rugs had we brought a vacuum with us. Even had the owner not charged us the additional fees we would not elect to stay in this property. It needs a complete overhaul and not just paint!

Great Place to Stay in Sedona
The property is well maintained and furnished. Nice view of Thunder Mountain and Sedona! Tamara was very responsive when a couple of small issues came up and resolved them immediately. We highly recommend staying here when in Sedona
