Great stay with amazing views!!!

A wonderful place to stay while enjoying all the Sedona has to offer! The house is as advertised, and the back porch is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the views!

Spacious, quiet and comfortable home

We enjoyed this wonderful home. It isn’t far to drive to downtown, or nearby trails. The view is amazing, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen is also well stocked with most all dishes and utensils to prepare a meal.

A nice view and plenty of room to stretch

The house was just as described and pictured. There was plenty of room for everyone. The king size beds were a little soft for my preference but I slept fine. There were plenty of utensils and dishes to chose from. We used the stovetop and the outdoor grill with no issues. The light in the jacuzzi kept going off and on so we just left it off. It was nice to soak after a busy day and enjoy the stars. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Old outdated 1970’s nightmare

-nasty old dingy towels- Sky light in primary suite getting gets bright sun getting little to no sleep as morning approaches- many odd, tripping hazards throughout the house with small labels on them saying watch your step.- Paper thin walls & windows. You can hear everything including the sounds from outside - we heard three hours of leaf blowing on a cold day when we wanted to watch movies.- Broken hot tub cover.- Many of the sliding glass doors were broken, nearly impossible to open and shut.- the two guests in the twin beds downstairs had to sleep on the couch due to the floorboards creakiness from walking upstairs. - Central heating system is strange. Downstairs heat comes out of the bathroom in the corner and downstairs bedroom was very cold even with heat on.

Perfect location, wonderful home!

My husband and I looked at a lot of hotels in the area and then just decided to go with a whole house accommodation so this was more space than we needed but it was definitely worth every penny. We were really pleased with the amenities as well as the availability of linens, kitchen equipment, Extra towels, and the hot tub was definitely a bonus. We actually have the same one at home! Accommodations in the area are pricey in general, so this rental is on the expensive side but for the amount of space you get it to a very comfortable stay for everyone if you have children, or even for two couples. The home was completely clean, and obviously well cared for. My husband and I both enjoyed the charm of the southwest style of the home, and liked that it had some non-cookie cutter features that were clearly either old or original to the home. That being said, everything that needed to be new was definitely new or in great shape. The landscaping around the property was very well-maintained, and it added to the natural Beauty of the surroundings. In terms of location, it could not have been better. Very near all the shops/restaurants, but not so close that you are dealing with the traffic and noise. It was also right next to many of the areas on our list to visit in Sedona to see nature... really couldn't have been more perfectly located for us. If we are ever in town again, this would be a top choice and we'd highly recommended this property.

Great place to stay

I was there with my 3 adult sons & their girlfriends to celebrate my 60th. It was EPIC. The house was beautifully laid out and very comfortable. We also got to explore Sedona, Jerome & the Grand Canyon! I highly recommend this rental.

This House is Absolutely Perfect

My partner and our very close friends stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving. I loved the fact that it had 2 master suites. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. It was close to a shuttle stop which is very convenient. It was also about a 10 minute drive to uptown Sedona. The kitchen was a great size as was the dining room table. The views were breathtaking from the balcony. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit were all clean and in working order. I would definitely stay here again and would gladly recommend this house to anyone looking to go to Sedona

Loved Our Rental Home in Sedona...peaceful and relaxing

Pet Friendly with views

Spacious home in great location. Just off Hwy 179, but quiet and close to great hiking, restaurants, shopping, and galleries. Views from the back deck were wonderful in the morning and evenings. Nice, well kept fenced-in property for the pup. Private hot tub was a bonus. Only complaint is the house is pretty dated with exception of the kitchen and the back deck. Check-in/out was smooth. Great host.

Loving Sedona

Very enjoyable outdoor setting with greats views of the rocks. Views from indoors also very good. This was a priority for me and I was not disappointed. The location worked well for our agenda of golf in Oak Creek Village, hikes and off road tours. Walking distance to the Sedona Shuttle pick up/ drop for Cathedral Rock.

Quiet , peaceful

We had a very nice stay. Some of the highlights: very quiet neighborhood , a wraparound porch in the back, five outdoor seating areas so whether you wanted sun or shade you could find it, private back yard, very clean Jacuzzi with a therapeutic temperature, adequately stocked kitchen beyond the basics with such things sharp knives, salad spinner, cheese grater, electric mixer, waffle maker (note: there were several sauté/frying pans but if you’re someone who really likes to cook, you might want to bring your own), soap for the clothes washer, two master suites, a bathtub with a view, special water bowl for your pup, well labeled light switches, parking pass for some trailheads, memory foam beds, responsive property management company. Some FYI - downstairs is cold when the AC is perfect upstairs (can be refreshing after hiking on warm day), couple of steps up/down (2 to living room, step up to shower from sink), masters suites have one sink, kitchen is separate room not a great room concept but does open up to shaded outdoor table with 6 chairs.
