By the time we checked in less than an our later the room was ready and already had the two pillows in the room. Very efficient and the fronts desk staff was very helpful. “The reception staff were disappointing. While I was speaking to them, they were also serving customers in the restaurant, which felt unprofessional and inattentive. The bathroom was also in very poor condition and needs urgent improvement. Overall, not a satisfying experience.”

“The room was very clean and there was lots of cupboard and drawer space. Bathroom was modern and clean. Pool area was very nice and the spa area was enjoyable. Plenty of towels as well. “We had an amazing stay with our 2 children. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms, and this was perfect - lots of space and storage. We loved the kids pool area and waterslide, as well as the large outdoor pool which was amazing on a sunny day. The food was really good and varied, our kids also loved it. Great location and lovely staff. We will definitely be back!”
