“room very nice and clean staff were open to service spa excellent”

“Great location next to the town square (though can be noisy if you have a room at the front). Two min walk to the train station (which is where you also pick up the ski bus). Spa is very impressive. Junior suite spacious and comfortable. Some staff were friendly and very good, others seemed a little more disinterested. Food was pretty good for dinner and breakfast. All in all, liked the hotel and would stay again. ”

“It’s a very comfortable, quality hotel, really close both to the train station and the city’s sights, bars, restaurants and shops. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. But the best thing of all is that it has a super rooftop terrace bar on the ninth floor, with the most fantastic views across Innsbrook and the mountains beyond, again with really friendly staff. Some negatives, though. The walk-in shower appeared to drain straight into the……

“Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Hotel und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns gepasst.(Reisezeit, Juni) Besonders hervorheben möchten wir vor allem die Sauna mit dem traumhaften Ausblick. Für Familien ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet - der Pool darf zwar nur bis 18:00 Uhr mit Kindern benutzt werden. Dafür gibt es noch einen Kletter und Spielbereich. In dem Hotel sind Hunde erlaubt. Das Zimmer wird nur auf Verlangen……

“This hotel has everything I need: a clean room, a comfortable bed, and a stable hot shower. The hospitality also left me with some unforgettable experiences. Although the hotel isn’t located in the city center, if you don’t mind an extra 5–10 minute walk, it’s quiet and well worth it.”

“服務人員很棒，入住很順利，記得跟服務人員索取city card,免費,因為住宿費用，現場會收城市稅，此卡可以搭此區的公車免費，自駕車可停飯店，需付費5歐/天，公車有到祖格峰纜車站，市區很多賣戶外用品，樣式折扣都很多，用餐的地方也多，唯一缺點沒暖氣，夏天也需問看看是否有冷氣，歐洲夏天沒以前那麼不熱了，但這位於山腳下，可能會好點.”
