The apartment is in a great location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located and it has a great breakfast selection. The rooftop bar provides a nice view to the city. It is super location for those needing access to the town without car.

Date of stay 29 September 2025 for two nights. The property is pretty much as you'd expect from the website details and you download check-in instructions before arrival. I arrived 15 minutes early and the hosts were still getting the apartment ready for me, they were all friendly and one lives next door. Communication was a small problem but nothing that can't be solved with a translator app. They supplied most things I needed like toiletries and detergent for the washing machine but tea and coffee were not, although to their credit they did give me some coffee when I asked. The bed was quite comfortable. Some local supermarkets are a short walk or drive away as is a bus stop which will get you into Split in 20-30 minutes. Beware that traffic can be very bad on the main road and also the road parallel to it where the property is situated inbetween. The only criticisms I have are: - There is no barbeque grill as advertised. - Shower was a bit mouldy around the inside base. - Shower head does not fit holder, which itself is broken and held together with tape. Overall it's a decent and relatively clean place situated in a quiet area and good value for money.

Excellent hotel. I plan to return. I recommend it! The quality of the building is very good. The room we had (junior suite) was well laid out. The bathroom was very nice. Only downside was that it did not have a bathtub; it was a shower only. But it was a nice shower. There is a hot tub and sauna that is bookable. We did that and enjoyed it. The staff are very professional and nice. They speak fluent English. In particular, I want to give recognition to the hard working Diana in the restaurant. The breakfasts every day were very helpful. Plenty of options. We always ate a big breakfast to fuel our long days of Croatia exploration. There is a rooftop cafe! The only downside of this hotel is its location. It is fine and I have no problem with it. However, it is not "walkable" for some people. For me, no problem. We walked to Diocletian's Palace in about 20 -- 25 minutes. There are two short turns and then a main street takes you directly to the old part of the city. The advantage of the hotel location is also that it's easy to take a car into town or out of town. It's a ~$10 Uber ride to the ferry or Palace. It's also easy to get onto the road and towards places outside of Split, like the Fortress or onwards to Trogir, etc. Overall, I actually think the location is decent. One side of the hotel faces a busy road, so perhaps choose the other side if that's an issue for you. We faced the road but found it to be quiet at night. Overall, this was a very positive experience!
