"The hotel is very close to the airport so that makes it convenient when arriving and departing. It is approximately 17 km from Kuta and the Mandalika International Circuit. Best to rent a scooter to get around. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I found the hotel bar and restaurant a bit pricey. Better deals to be found in town."

"This was an absolutely stunning hotel. The staff were friendly and incredible. Food was good. Views were fabulous. The only downside, which is no fault of the hotel at all, was the mosque blaring its call to prayer multiple times a day. Very very disruptive. It would make me question staying again unfortunately."

This property was amazing, from the beautiful beach views to the most hospitable staff we have had on our trip. The room was very spacious and clean with a beautiful porch. "Hotel has seen some life over the years, so could do with a bit of refurb (rooms). But the outside area, garden, pool etc is really nice. You spend most pf the time outside and its lovely there. Pool - big; Palm trees - all around; Right on the sea front - yes. They have daily activities, most are for kids but still a bonus. Gym is quite small but is open 24/7 so you can use it whenever. Staff are of course great. Hotel gives off ‘white lotus - hawaii’ vibes, but in a good way. Breakfast is good, enough choice for everyone, both indonesian or continental style. Dinners (we had half board) were limited from actual ‘payable’ menu, but still good enough. Had new dish each night. Location - interesting. Most hotels in senggigi closed some time ago, so only handfull of big ones remain. It is very different to Kuta in the south. The nature is picturesque going up north, so worth it. Take a bike to bangsal and have 5min fast public boat to gili islands."

"The rooms are a good size, the sink and shower was full of mould which was unpleasant. When I told management they didn’t offer to change my room. They tried to clean the mould but it didn’t help so I asked again and this time they changed the seals. The staff were amazing, friendly, warm and made the effort to make my stay amazing. Great location in the heart of Kuta"

"Staff could not be more helpful. We had a great snorkle trip organised from the staff and easy taxi services from the property. Lovely pool and nice rooms. Breakfast was lovely. Minimal access to full bar menus in the general vicinity so if you want more than beer better to self cater before arrival. Would recommend staying here for a relaxed base to visit great reef systems and smaller island trips."

"We had such a wonderful stay here. We booked the beachfront suite and it was stunning! The bed faces straight out the window, overlooking the beach. The amenities in the room were great and the day bed in the outside area of the room was just brilliant! The staff are all lovely and so helpful and the massages at the spa are incredibly relaxing. The food in the restaurant was all delicious. The hotel is in a remote location so there isn't much around it but perfect for switching off and relaxing."
