We left our towels on the floor before leaving the room in the morning, expecting them to be changed. However, when we returned in the evening, all the dirty towels had been hung back up on the racks as if they were clean. Unfortunately, we only realized they were still dirty after we had already used them to shower.
When we went to the lobby to address this with the tall woman at the reception, she responded aggressively, stating, "It's not like you wash your towels every day at home." When we asked if this was how they treat their guests, she replied, "I don't care what you do, it’s none of my business."
Aside from the terrible service, the rooms were extremely small—there was not even enough space to open a second suitcase—and there was no view. The breakfast was mediocre and nothing special. Overall, the hotel offers very poor value for money, but the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist was particularly upsetting and unacceptable.
