“The Gardenia like it's sister Buganvillea Appartment''s are all one needs for holidays. Buganvillea being across from the beach, the Gardenia just up the street but over a supermarket very handy. Cati (Gardenia) is fantastic with help, information etc etc as is Antonella in Buganvillea, they really makes you feel at home ”

“Wir verbrachten zu viert eine sehr erholsame Ferienwoche in dem Ferienhaus. Alles war zur Zufriedenheit und Mario und Anne kümmerten sich fürsorglich. Mann ist auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen.”

Days went by at the beach or just reading a book at the pool or hiking through the nearby Macchia - it‘s definitely worth a visit! The small town Stintino still preserves Italian life. Best pizza at the Regatta Bar - children loved it!We surely come again!”

“We extended our stay by three days as we liked the city so much but I had a medical emergency and am in hospital for 4 days. They have let us stay in the apartment until 6 pm as our flight is very late. It was so easy dealing with them and pleasant. We will come back .”

“Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un monolocale presso questa struttura. Il soggiorno é stato molto piacevole. I gestori sempre disponibili per qualsiasi domanda e reattivi grazie ad una rapida comunicazione tramite WhatsApp. Ottima anche la disponibilità di parcheggio.”

“Wir (Familien mit 2 Kinder 107)waren 1 Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super Ruhig, ca 10 Autominuten vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Das Häuschen hat zwei große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem frisch renovierten Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, zwei überdachte Terrassen mit einem Grillplatz. Am Pool gibt es 4 liegen !!!!! Die Vermieterin kann nur italienisch aber mit Google Übersetzer klappt die Kommunikation super ! Leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage sondern nur Ventilatoren. Wir würden das……

“Péssima. O anfitrião não enviou atempadamente o código para fazermos o check in. Quando enviou entrámos no apartamento e verificámos que tinha sido usado e não foi limpo. O anfitrião nunca respondeu a chamadas telefónicas ou a mensagens e o apartamento nunca foi limpo. Passámos as férias num apartamento sujo e sem roupa de cama e de banho. adicionalmente não temos fatura do apartamento pois não conseguimos que nos responda a mensagens.”

“Un endroit comme nous les aimons, comme à la maison. Une situation discrète au milieu des vignes, très proches de toutes les commodités (centre alghero, plages, et endroit à visiter). Soif d escapade, Nives nous propose des vélos afin d éviter la circulation. La maison , très agréable , est très propre. Dès notre arrivée nous avons pleinement profité des produits locaux mis à notre disposition. Sans oublier les barbecues en toute simplicité. Nives est une personne très disponible pour rendre ce……
