"I had a terrible experience at this location which is a huge bummer considering what a nice view it has and how much I liked it the first time. We stayed again recently and had just come off an 8 hour drive with two young kids, only to arrive and be told that our reservation and payment was swapped over to the neighboring hotel that’s attached to a casino because the hotel was actually overbooked. Nothing like being exhausted with cranky kids and having to lose 30 minutes of downtime figuring out the details, where to park, etc at the other building. I wouldn’t have minded this much if we were just given a heads-up prior to our arrival, but this felt like a bait and switch ESPECIALLY because we had already paid before arriving."

"Comfortable and quiet rooms. Well cared for condition. Comfortable beds. Modern HVAC. Outdated tv. Fridge but no microwave in room. Good water pressure. Easy access to property features. "

"While there was a microwave and a full refrigerator and sink there were no utensils at all. However the room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly and nice. Location while not awesome in terms of walking to restaurants or shops, it was very convenient to I10."

"Another hotel guest claimed that my door hit his and the owner/manager have my personal information out to the claimant to include my personnel cell number, vehicle info, etc. The place is dingy and there is black mold in the bathroom shower area. "
