“I have been at this hotel several times and I always receive great service until my stay last night when I checked in the lady named Ashley was not friendly I handed her my id in her hand and she put it on the counter when giving it back to me like super rude then when I got in the shower the shower was not cleaned at all I was very disappointed in this stay I normally come once a month and I never complain but this time was awful please get the guy u guys normally have upfront ”

“Room was clean. Bathroom was clean but in need of update - some rusting of shower fixtures. Hotel seems to be working on some upgrades. ”
