“I booked a room, but the front desk was very rude and I had to wait 30 minutes before I could check in.”

“On a reservation, we requested a double bed. When we arrived, we got a single king and a couch. That was fine. We went to make the bed on the couch and it was 100% disgusting. I stripped everything off of there and took it downstairs. The staff did have a package of clean bedding for me, but only had one pillow to use with no option of getting any other pillows. They were out that’s fine. We ended up giving one of the pillows off of the big bed to the kids. There was no body soap in the……

“Called hotel for local directions and was given wrong and awful directions. Obviously, the hotel operator isn’t familiar with the area at all. She gave directions that led me out into the sticks, then through town from one end to the next. The hotel was no where close to where she gave directions. Finally, I just goggled directions to hotel… totally different from what she was telling me. Hotel is accessible via the highway, Commerce Street is the driveway from the highway to the hotel. ……

“Great stay. Very good condition for 100 year old building. I loved the bed, so comfy, and room was quiet. Going back in January and I will definitely stay there again. ”
