"They refused to acknowledge i had already paid for the hotel, then charged me mich more than the rate advertised. The water only works part of the time. All rooms comnect straight to the lobby, so there is very little privacy. The building looks nothing like the pics and is bombed out. The entrance is a dark unmarked stairwell on the side of the building. The door is surrounded by debris and beggars. One employee even accused me of taking money from them, stating her count was off...

"Booked this place last minute but it was not the best. We arrived at the place a little after 12am and was expecting to be settled as quickly as possible as we were very tired but that was not the case. We never accessed our room that night because a mistake of miscommunication. The property manager never called the people on site to let them know we were coming. "Overall my stay was good. The staff were polite, the faculty were clean and in good condition, and the food was very good. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was very disappointing. I had an early flight at 7am and arranged a 5am pick. I was waited ovy15min. which already made me worried about missing my flight. Because I was in a rush, I paid what I was told and left. However, as I was about to exit the hotel, security stopped my car and asked me to return to reception. Two staff insisted I had additional charges for tax and food. At this point, I strongly felt I was being overcharged, and the situation became stressful. I didn’t have time to go back in forth correcting them, as my only priority was catching my flight. I told them to charge me my card whatever they believed was necessary so I could leave. The way the situation was handled felt like was being hassled and "
