Bed was lop sided and staff not really helpful. “We are sorry your room temperature is too warm but it’s central control…we’re sorry we can’t help you order food to your room using an outside app…we’re sorry we can’t provide you with a vacuum cleaner to use on your shrink wrap…sorry…sorry

This hotel was perfect. The service and food was impeccable. I was extremely comfortable and felt safe during my stay. The concierge service was also exquisite. I would definitely stay here again. The waterfall was so beautiful and great addition.

Great place and location
Great gym and great sauna(many different temperature jacuzzis in the sauna). Room was great size. It wasn’t huge but big enough for two people and tow suitcases. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything in Gangnam and about 20 minute cab ride to everywhere else. I would highly recommend staying here for the value it’s great. Can’t complain and would stay here again. Ps. I travel all the time and I’m in hotels pretty regular.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel was gorgeous and the amenities plentiful, especially the wonderful fitness center/spa. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. We highly recommend! Special thanks to Alex K. at registration for going out of his way to take care of us. His professionalism and helpfulness was outstanding.
