"We were fortunate enough to stay at Huckleberry while in town for a wedding in Trenton. It was a great location for us. We were able to visit beautiful Cloudland Canyon State Park as it is nearby. The cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the lake/fishing decor, so cute! The lake is nice to take a stroll around. Would definitely recommend!"

"everything was just as advertised. The location is perfect, the house was very clean, and the owners were very responsive. There was nothing we needed which wasn't provided. The only complaints from other reviews was road / train noise. I never noticed and it wasn't a bother at all. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stat again."

"Cute a-frame with lake view; clean but smallish. Beds were comfortable but no door on one bedroom so not very private. Kitchen is small - no dishwasher; no bakeware other than cookie sheets, no storage bowls, etc so plan to bring your own or purchase locally like we did. We liked the property but would probably try another location if we return."

"Great location from Cloudland Canyon and Chattanooga. We stayed there to hike Cloudland canyon. It rained all day on one of the days and we made a short drive into Chattanooga. The drive way is long and was good for walking our dog up and down. The house was great and had everything we needed for a couple of day stay."

"Love the place. Soft bed and pretty location. Neighborhood was nice. Close to the city and hiking trails. I recommend if you are coming from the Chattanooga side to take 127 up to the place instead of Anderson pike. Anderson has quite a lot of tight switchback turns which might be tough if you aren't used to them or have a longer vehicle. The house was cute and was a comfortable quiet space."

"The house was well maintained and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (paper towels, foil, salt/pepper, pots/pans, plastic bags, etc.). We truly only had to buy food and drinks during our stay. There were games and books to entertain a 2 year old in between outings. We loved the swing and outdoor scrabble board on the screened in front porch! We appreciated the easy to control temperature and there was a fan in the main bedroom that we used for white noise. "The Oak Cottage was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The location is quiet and tranquil with the Creek just down the hill. We arrived very late but the owner was a gem and brought us a lantern to combat the power outage caused by tornados in the area. 10/10 will stay again."

"We booked this property last minute for a Caverns event due to the close proximity. Our trip started with one minor hiccup that was out of the owner’s control, but she and her daughter worked to quickly resolve the problem late at night. The house is very spacious and has a lot of character. The decor and furniture is all meticulously curated and well laid out (this is not your typical Ikea/wayfair filled rental!!) "This was our first Vrbo so we were nervous, but the venue was beautiful and clean and everything we needed. We were attending a wedding nearby so wanted something convenient but could house us. It did not disappoint. We took several walks to the creek and enjoyed being able to spend time together but also have our separate spaces. Our phones didn’t have service there but the WiFi was excellent and the owner responded in a reasonable time with a couple questions we had. "

"We stayed here for the second time, this time for our 10th anniversary. The cabin is clean and quiet. The views are beautiful although the trees have grown up a bit in the 4 years since we’ve been. The hot tub in the back is perfect. You’re 20-30 minutes from anything you’d want or need in Chattanooga. The host is very kind and helpful. No complaints."

"Our stay was a weekend getaway for our 6th anniversary. The cabin was so cozy! It had everything we needed! We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. We cooked in the indoor and outdoor kitchen. We used the grill AND pizza oven! The are several ponds on the property full of frogs and fish. There was food available to feed to fish. There were so many Harry Potter touches in the cabinet. The keys in the ceiling were perfect! The large quilt was super comfy. 10/10 recommend!"
